The Scarecrow Celebration is this Sunday, November 5, at the Mansion House, at 1:00. See you there!

Personal Education Plan (PEP) Conferences will be this upcoming week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, November 7-9, from1:00-5:00. Dismissal on PEP Conference days is 12:30.

 

Your child’s 2017 MCAS results will be available to be picked up at your PEP Conferences.

 

Please note that we are observing Veteran’s Day next Friday, November 10. School will be closed

 

School Banking will take place on Tuesday, November 14 and Tuesday, November 21.

 

Meredith is organizing the fall November 15-17 Scholastic Book Fair. She is putting out a call for volunteers to help with the Book Fair. Please contact Meredith if you can help.

 

Hope Tripp, Charter School Adjustment Counselor, has applications for the Red Stocking Fund.

 

Lynn Lyons, LICSW specializes in the treatment of anxious children and parents, and is the author of three books, is running a couple of workshops on the island. On Monday, December 11, from 6:00-8:00 pm. Lynn will lead a workshop for parents/caregivers and children of ages 5-9. On Tuesday, December 12, from 6:00-8:00, Lynn will present for parents/caregivers and children ages 8-13.

 

We welcome all of your friends who would like to learn more about our school to call to arrange a visit and take a Wednesday morning school tour. We will begin school tours at 9:00 on Wednesday, November 8, and hold them each Wednesday through December 13. Our 2018 Enrollment Open House is scheduled for January 17, at 5:30. Please inform your friends to contact the front office to arrange a Wednesday tour.
