The Charter School Variety Show is tonight at 5:30 at the Chilmark Community Center.

 

Keith Chatinover has won the High School Activist of the Year Award. This award is being given out by the Massachusetts High School Democrats for the tremendous work Keith has done to protect and conserve the environment. The award will be presented tomorrow at the High School Democrats of America New England Summit at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for U.S. Senate in Boston.

 

Emily Cavanagh’s has an upcoming book talk on her new book, “This Bright Beauty”, on Saturday, May 26, from 4:00-5:00 at the West Tisbury Library.

 

The Grade 5 & 8 MCAS Science tests and Grade 10 Math test are scheduled for May 23 & 24.

 

The Charter School’s 2nd Annual True Colors Ball at The Yard is on Friday, May 25, from 7:00-10:00.

 

The PTO invites you to the Sunday, May 27, 12:00-3:00 BBQ 4 Bob. This is a new date.

 

All are invited to the 18th Charter School Graduation on Sunday, June 3, at 1:30. We will recognize the achievements of a talented and socially conscious group of students. Join us to celebrate the extraordinary work of the following students: Samantha Cameron, Keith Chatinover, Eleanor Dankert, Marshall Davidson, Nathan Lopez-Mata, Dash Loth-Rozem, Claudia Motta, Autumn Richards, Lily Tilton, Troy Vanderhoop, and Annabella Zannini.

 

Please note on your calendars that the last day of the school year is Wednesday, June 20. Dismissal is at 12:30.
